My best friend was told she had 3 weeks left to live so I packed up and drove to the hospital where she was and has a recliner chair brought in and slept and sat at her bedside for that 3 weeks. Right before she passed away she woke up and said she was afraid. I told her not to be afraid - because Jesus is here. I told her - and besides - I’ll be right behind her. She looked at me and asked what did I mean. I told her we all have to go someday and to be looking for me. So she asked me - where will I find you? I told her to Meet me at the River. 🙏 She looked at me as I took her hand and she smiled, closed her eyes and took her last breath. I sure miss my best friend that I grew up with and when ever I hear this song I think of her. Thanks for sharing this song with everyone! It’s beautiful!

I meet Tim around March 2024 in Fountain NC and didn't realize how influential he was. Very humble guy.He asked me about my interest since I am new in town.Music and Native American flute was the subject.He took my photograph and we had an interesting conversation...Not knowing he was a musician and founder of MMF.He introduced me to Freeman Vines 'Hanging Tree Guitars' and Lakota John was mentioned but never met.I recently started researching Music Maker Foundation and talking with the locals which led me to this interview. Great work..Congrats to Tim and Denise for helping to keep the music alive and the artists.I feel very delighted with gratitude to have the opportunity to have been introduced to your wonderful work. Never have heard of any other music foundation doing such support for the local artists..especially in my town in Fountain 🎉

I'm glad that I received him for a barbecue in my house in Porto Alegre, Brazil. He is an amazing musician and human being.

I love Taj Mahal. I've been listening since the 70's and had 5 of his vinal album's which with 130+ other great artists I lost. I've been rebuilding with CD's and I do have some Taj. ❤
